These terms of sale apply to the purchase of products sold on the website www.tukse.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Website). The owner and seller of the Website is Tukse OÜ (registry code: 17267242) (hereinafter referred to as the Seller).
1. Validity of Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
1.1. The terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
1.2. The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. All prices are in euros (€).
1.3. A delivery fee will be added to the price, unless otherwise stated. Currently, delivery within Estonia is free.
1.4. Information about the product is provided directly next to the product in the Online Store.
2. Placing an Order
2.1. To order a product, add the desired products to your shopping cart.
2.2. To place an order, you must fill in the required data fields (name, email, phone, delivery address) and select a suitable delivery method.
2.3. The contract becomes valid once the payable amount has been received in the Seller’s bank account.
2.4. The Seller has the right to cancel an order if the buyer has not paid the invoice or if the payment was unsuccessful.
3. Payment
3.1. Customers can pay for products securely via bank links and card payments.
3.2. Payments are mediated by Montonio Finance OÜ.
3.3. Payment can be made using the following methods:
- Estonian bank links,
- Visa/Mastercard card payments,
- Apple Pay and Google Pay.
3.4. Payment takes place in a secure environment outside the Online Store – via bank link in the respective bank’s environment and via card payments in the Montonio environment. The Seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or card details.
4. Delivery
4.1. Goods are shipped within Estonia and, if desired, to other European countries.
4.2. For receiving goods, you can choose a parcel locker: Omniva, SmartPost, DPD, or Unisend.
4.3. Shipments within Estonia generally reach the buyer within 2-4 weeks after payment is received.
4.4. In exceptional cases, the right exists to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1. After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
5.2. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. If the product has been used more than is allowed to check its properties and functionality, the Seller has the right to reduce the refunded amount.
5.3. To withdraw, an application must be submitted to the email address info@tukse.ee no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
5.4. The buyer covers the return costs, except in cases where the product is incorrect or defective.
5.5. Money will be refunded within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application, but the Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the goods.
6. Submitting Complaints
6.1. The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and appears within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. The right to claim does not apply to normal wear and tear of the goods.
6.2. In case of a defect, the buyer must contact info@tukse.ee or call +372 55626198 no later than two months from discovering the defect.
6.3. The Seller will repair or replace the defective goods. If this is not possible, all fees received under the contract will be refunded to the buyer.
6.4. The Seller will respond to complaints within 15 days.
7. Personal Data Processing
7.1. The Seller processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy published on the Website.
7.2. Personal data is used for processing and delivering orders. Necessary data is forwarded to the transport service provider.
7.3. Newsletters and offers are sent only if the customer has given separate consent for this.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, these must be sent to the email address info@tukse.ee or by calling +372 55626198.
8.2. If the buyer and the Seller cannot resolve a dispute by agreement, the buyer has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (ttja.ee).
8.3. The buyer can also turn to the European Union’s consumer dispute resolution platform.
